Slowly caramelized onions layered into a delicate custard and baked inside a hand pressed buttery crust.

Our Tarte à l’oignon is inspired by traditional French bistro kitchens where patience defines flavor. The onions are gently cooked until naturally sweet and deeply golden, then folded with mayonnaise, cheese and evaporated to create a soft, velvety filling.

Each tarte is baked to achieve a lightly crisp edge with a tender, silky center. The result is savory yet subtly sweet, rich yet balanced.

Prepared in small batches and made to order.
