Our Tarte à l’oignon is inspired by traditional French bistro kitchens where patience defines flavor. The onions are gently cooked until naturally sweet and deeply golden, then folded with cream and eggs to create a soft, velvety filling.

Each tart is baked to achieve a lightly crisp edge with a tender, silky center. The result is savory yet subtly sweet, rich yet balanced.
